Martin explains why police, fire, public works, and parks staff conducted an extensive search of the waterfront and what they found.
Chief Martin also discusses the Devin Anderson case and his broader concerns about Maine’s criminal justice system, including bail reform, probation oversight, repeat offenders, and defendants being released because they cannot obtain legal representation. He outlines where he believes the system is failing and why greater accountability and communication are needed.
